hubNashville is Metro’s comprehensive customer service system for service requests and information. Requests may be submitted online or by dialing 311 inside of Davidson County. Example of common requests include:

  • Abandoned Vehicles

  • Brush Collection

  • Cars Parked on Lawn

  • Damaged Signs

  • Dead Animal Pickup

  • Debris Removal

  • Illegal Dumping

  • Junk and Debris

  • Missed Trash

  • Missed Recycling

  • New Trash or Recycling Account Activation

  • Overgrowth on Right of Way

  • Residential Complaints

  • Street Lighting

  • Traffic Light Issues and Traffic Light Timing

  • Trash and Recycling Cart Service for the following:
